REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

 

All interested participants to CILAMCE-2022 must first register (i.e. create an account) into the congress online system by filling in the registration form.

Instructions for payment of the registration fee

Once you have registered into the congress online system, please access your restricted area and choose one of the payment options below. If you have any questions, please contact us at secretaria@cilamce.com.br.

Registration fees should be paid through one of the following options:
- PagSeguro (with either bank ticket/invoice or credit card)
- Paypal (with credit card only)
- Bank deposit
- Nota de empenho

Proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students

For registration in either graduate or undergraduate student categories, the interested party must submit a supporting document that proves his/her current student status (proof of enrollment or declaration of the educational institution). The document must be sent by email to secretaria@cilamce.com.br along with the proof of payment of the registration fee. After analysis by the congress' secretariat, the registration process will be finalized and the participant duly informed. Please pay special attention to the deadlines of the registration fees and apply at least one day in advance, since validation of the documents demands at least one working day.

Refund Policy

As per previous editions of CILAMCE, there is no refund policy.

Badge and Certificate

When completing your registration at the website, please do so with great attention, as the participant is responsible for the data provided and it is from these data that the material (badge and certificate) will be issued. Errors in the material are the responsibility of the participant.

Deadlines of registration fees

Please pay special attention to the deadlines of the registration fees. The deadlines presented refer to the completion of the entire registration process, which includes: filling in the registration form, validation of supporting documents (when required– e.g. proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students) and payment.

Important

1 - CILAMCE follows a one-paper/abstract, one-registration policy. This means that an author can submit multiple abstracts/papers, but at least one payed registration fee must be linked to each abstract/paper. Authors of more than one abstract/paper must enforce that at least one of his co-authors of each of his additional abstracts/papers also register to the congress, or else must pay the Additional Paper Fee of BRL 680.00 (for each additional abstract/paper - the limit is two additional abstracts/papers), in order to have the abstract/paper included in the congress program. (except as described below).

2 – CILAMCE 2022 will hold the mini-symposium Computational and Numerical Methods in Practice – Scientific Dissemination. Each registered participant of CILAMCE 2022 is allowed to present additional on this mini-symposium without charge, in order to encourage Scientific Dissemination activities. However, the number of approved works on this mini-symposium may be limited due to schedule restrictions.
