What is included?
- Delegates and graduate students: Includes coffee breaks, conference’s dinner and conference’s support material.
- Undergraduate students: Includes coffee breaks and conference support material.
Important Information
Proof of enrollment for graduate and undergraduate students: For registration in the either graduate or undergraduate student categories, a current supporting document must be attached at the time of registration (proof of enrollment or declaration of the educational institution). After validation of the category by the Organizing Committee, the registration process will be finalized. We ask for special attention to deadlines and registration fee tables, as validation of receipts requires at least one business day.
Deadlines of registration fees:
• Early Registration Fee Deadline: September 22, 2026.
The deadlines presented refer to the completion of the entire registration process, which includes: filling in the registration form, validation of supporting documents (when required) and payment.
Badge and certificate: When completing your registration on the website, please do so with great attention, as the participant is responsible for the data provided and it is from these data that the material (badge and certificate) will be issued. Errors in the material are the responsibility of the participant.
