CILAMCE 2026

Full-length Paper/Extended Abstract

Authors with an accepted abstract have two options for submitting their work to be presented at the event: full-length papers or extended abstracts. Only full-length papers will be scheduled for presentation and publishing in the congress proceedings (ISSN 2675-6269). Participants who choose to submit an extended abstract instead of a full paper should note that the abstract will not be published in the conference proceedings. However, they will receive a certificate of presentation for their work at the event.

All full-length papers and extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed under the responsibility of the mini-symposia coordinators and the congress Scientific Committee.

Note: CILAMCE 2026 will hold no presentations of abstracts without a corresponding accepted full-length paper or extended abstract.

In order to submit your full-length paper or extended abstract, please log in to your restricted area using your personal login and password. In this section you will find the link to submit full-length papers or extended abstracts for your accepted abstracts.

Submission Rules
  • The work must be submitted as a PDF file. After preparing your work using one of the templates provided, generate a PDF file for submission.
  • Works must be submitted in English. The presentation material (slides) must also be in English. While oral presentations are strongly encouraged to be conducted in English, it is not mandatory.
  • CILAMCE 2026 follows a one-registration, one-presentation policy. The presenting author must necessarily pay the registration fee. If a participant is the presenting author of more than one paper, they must pay the additional paper fee (USD 100, limited to one additional paper per author). To purchase the additional paper, access your restricted area, click "Sign up for activity", select "Additional paper", and choose a payment method.
  • To prevent no-shows during CILAMCE 2026, only papers that have been orally presented will be published in the congress proceedings.
