Mini Symposia Submissions
The call for mini-symposium proposals is now open and will remain so until February 23, 2026. Submissions must be made exclusively through the congress online system. Interested participants should register on the congress website and submit their proposals through their restricted area.
Proposals must be submitted in text format, with a maximum of 300 words and a title limited to 20 words. Please include the names of the coordinators along with their affiliations and email addresses. Only participants registered in the Delegate category are eligible to submit proposals. A lead coordinator must be designated and will be entitled to a 50% discount on the registration fee. This discount applies exclusively to the lead coordinator.
All proposals will be carefully evaluated by the Congress Scientific Committee. Please note that, at the Committee’s discretion, some proposals may be recommended for merging in order to avoid multiple mini-symposia on closely related topics.
