Authors with an accepted abstract have two options for submitting their work to be presented on the event: full-length papers or extended abstracts. This novelty aims to engage a broader audience to the event. Only full-length paper will be scheduled for presentation and publishing in the congress proceedings (ISSN 26756269). Participants who choose to submit an extended abstract instead of a full paper should note that the abstract will not be published in the conference proceedings. However, they will receive a certificate of presentation for their work at the event.
CILAMCE 2025 WILL HOLD NO PRESENTATIONS OF ABSTRACTS WITHOUT A CORRESPONDING ACCEPTED FULL-LENGTH PAPER OR EXTENDED ABSTRACT.

All full-length papers and extended abstracts will be peer-reviewed under the responsibility of the mini-symposia coordinators and the congress´ Scientific Committee.

In order to submit your full-length paper or extended abstract, please login into your restricted area, using your personal login and password. In this section you will find the link to submit full-length papers or extended abstracts for your accepted abstracts.

Also note the following rules, valid for both full-length papers and extended abstracts:

• The work must be submitted as a PDFfile. After the preparation of your work using one of the templates provided, you should generate a PDF file for submission.
• Works must be submitted in ENGLISH. The presentation material (slides) must also be in English. While oral presentations are strongly encouraged to be conducted in English, it is not mandatory.
• CILAMCE 2025 follows a one-registration, one-presentation policy.This means that the presenting author of a paper must necessarily pay his registration fee. Also, if a participant is the presenting author of more than one paper, he/she must pay the additional paper fee. The fee for the additional paper is USD100 and is limited to only one paper per author. To buy the additional paper, access your restricted area and click on “Sign up for activity”, select ‘additional paper’ and select the payment method.
• To prevent no-shows during CILAMCE 2025, only papers that have been orally presented will be published in the congress proceedings.
